By using this website, https://game.elemodo.com, or playing Space Game at app.game.elemodo.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and to comply with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or the game. Space Game is made by Elemodo.

2. Your account

You need an account to play. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up, to keep your password to yourself, and to tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one.

3. Playing fair with other captains

Other players can see you when you fly in the same sector. You agree not to:

• use a name on your account that is offensive, hateful, or impersonates someone else;
• use cheats, bots, scripts, or other automation to play, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
• tamper with saved games, or with the game's traffic to our servers, to change your progress;
• try to get into another player's account, or into parts of the service you are not meant to reach;
• interfere with the game or its servers, or put an unreasonable load on them.

If you break these rules, we may change your display name, reset or adjust your progress, or suspend or close your account.

4. Your game and its items

Credits, cargo, ships, outfits, and everything else you earn in the game exist only inside Space Game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. Your account and saved games are licensed to you for personal play, not sold to you.

The game is still being built. We may rebalance, change, or remove ships, items, missions, places, and features, and we may adjust or reset saved games when that is needed to fix a bug or keep the game working.

5. Price

Space Game is free to play today. If we ever add paid features, we will update these terms first, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

6. Use license

The game, its art, its music, and the materials on this website belong to Elemodo and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial play and viewing. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them, attempt to reverse engineer the game, or remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.

7. Disclaimer

The website and the game are provided "as is". Space Game makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including about the accuracy or reliability of the materials on this website or in the game.

8. Limitations

Space Game, Elemodo, and their suppliers are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or the game, including lost progress, even if we have been told such damage is possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Availability and changes

We do not guarantee that the game will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change, or remove features, take the game down for maintenance, or stop offering it.

10. Ending your account

You can stop playing and disable your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We are not responsible for the contents of any site linked from this website or the game. A link does not mean we endorse the site.

12. Changes to these terms
